Western Area Swimming Association
Western Area Swimming is the regional association of swimming clubs in the North West corner of NSW. They are affiliated with Swimming NSW. Western Area Swimming aim to encourage, promote and administer relevant swimming activities within the area.
Their coverage extends from Yeoval in the South East corner up to Lightning Ridge, across to Bourke and out to Cobar and up to Mudgee. They have around 2000 active swimming members across 26 active clubs.
Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre
Dubbo City Swimtech Swimming Club trains and holds its Club Nights and Carnival at the Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre at 167 Talbragar Street, Dubbo. The complex includes a 10 lane 50m pool, a toddler’s pool, waterslide and extensive water park provide options for all. A full-length undercover grandstand and many shaded shelters and BBQ areas.
A club room with kitchen and study area is provided for use by club members before and after school and training. Would all members using this facility please be respectful of others and clean up after themselves, abuse of this privilege will result in loss of this service.
